Poor Glycemic Control Leads To Coronary Artery Disease

A new clinical study led by scientists at the Joslin Diabetes Center and Harvard Medical School has found that a common genetic variant associated with an increased risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) in the general population is also linked to an even higher risk for people with Diabetes, particularly those with poor glucose control.
